Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pups Play, we want you and your furry friend to be happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, so we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns:

  • You can return most unused items within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized items (e.g., collars with engraved names)

  • Opened food or treats (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Used or damaged items (unless due to a manufacturing defect)

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • Your refund will be processed for the original purchase amount, minus any shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, the easiest way is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund (following the return policy guidelines above).

Additional Information:

  • We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse a return if the item does not meet the return policy criteria.

  • Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

  • For returns of online orders, you can contact us for instructions on how to return the item. In-store purchases can be returned to any Pups Play location.
